1. Service Onboarding & Initiation

  • After final confirmation via email or contract, our team will initiate the onboarding process within 2–4 business days.
  • For AMC and IT support services, our representative will connect with you to schedule your first visit or remote session.

2. Hardware Delivery

  • IT equipment, CCTV systems, and accessories are delivered either through our own logistics team or trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery time:

    Delhi/NCR:
    2–4 business days

    Metro cities: 4–6 business days

    Rest of India: 6–10 business days

  • Tracking and shipping details are provided upon dispatch.

3. Installation & Setup

  • Installation timelines depend on the product or service complexity.
  • Typical schedules:

    CCTV & Access Control Setup: Within 3–5 working days of delivery

    IT Infrastructure/Networking Projects: Based on project scope (agreed upon during contract)

    Cloud & Software Services: Initiated within 48 hours after confirmation

4. Remote Services

  • Services like software installation, cloud setup, digital marketing, and consultancy are delivered remotely unless otherwise specified.
  • Clients will receive meeting links, credentials, or remote access details via email or WhatsApp.

5. Service Delays

  • In rare cases of service delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics issues, natural events, or technical challenges), we will notify the client with revised timelines.
  • Advoltic Services is not liable for third-party courier delays but will assist in resolution promptly.
