At Advoltic Services, we value transparency and fairness. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled for our services and products.


 

1. Service Cancellation by Client

A. Before Service Initiation:

  • If a client chooses to cancel a booked service before work has commenced, a written request must be submitted via email.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to administrative charges.

B. After Service Has Started:

  • Once the service (AMC, setup, consulting, IT infra deployment, etc.) has been initiated, no full refund will be provided.
  • Partial refunds (if applicable) may be issued based on the portion of service not yet delivered and cost incurred.

2. Product Cancellation (For Hardware or Equipment)

  • Orders for hardware items like desktops, CCTVs, or networking devices can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • If the item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Any cancellation request must be emailed with the order/invoice reference.

3. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.

4. Service Cancellation by Advoltic

Advoltic Services reserves the right to cancel any order or service in the event of:

  • Non-compliance with terms of service
  • False information provided by the client
  • Unforeseen technical or operational constraints

In such cases, the client will be informed immediately, and an appropriate refund or credit may be issued.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Customized or project-specific work already executed or delivered
  • Domain purchases, third-party software licensing, or subscription-based services
  • Delays caused due to client-side issues or lack of communication
